Check the available modules for different account types!

Each Prodio user is assigned specific permissions that determine their access to the program. This ensures that everyone sees only the information they truly need for their work.

πŸ“Œ How to add a user to the system? Check here: How to Add a User in Prodio and Assign Permissions?

Depending on their role in the company, users may have different levels of access to dashboard modules.

Below, you’ll find a detailed explanation of which modules are available for different users:

πŸ”Ή Administrator πŸ† – Has full access to everything. This means they can see all modules available on the dashboard.

πŸ”Ή Manager – Has access to everything except system settings, such as print configurations or adding users βš™οΈ, but can manage production settings. This means they can view all modules and use the dashboard to plan machines/operations and add new orders.

πŸ”Ή Manager without TNA – Cannot access system settings or time tracking. Therefore, they will not see modules related to employees, such as "Workers at Work," "Recent Operations," or "Days Off." All other modules remain accessible.

πŸ”Ή Technologer, Sales Rep., and Contructor CAD/CAM 🚫 – Do not have access to the dashboard at all. When they log in, they will not see any modules.

πŸ”Ή Production Manager – Has access to all modules, just like a Manager.

πŸ”Ή Production Manager without TNA – Similar to Manager without TNA , they do not have access to time tracking, so they will not see modules related to employee work, such as "Workers at Work," "Recent Operations," or "Days Off" πŸ“†.

πŸ”Ή Foreman – Does not have access to orders or the monthly summary πŸ“‰. When logging in, they will not see the "Orders" or "Production in Numbers" modules. However, they can view other modules like "Machines/operations occupancy" and "Workers at Work."

πŸ”Ή Office 🏒 – Does not have access to work orders or monthly reports. They will not see the "Production in Numbers" πŸ“ˆ or "Exceeded Estimated Time" ⏳ modules. However, they can access other modules, such as "Upcoming and Overdue Orders" and "Days Off."

With properly assigned permissions, every user sees only what they need, improving workflow organization and keeping the dashboard clear and intuitive! πŸš€
