What to do if QRcodes don’t work properly?
Using QR codes in Prodio will allow you to register your work and clock in and clock out faster.
However, sometimes the browser blocks our access to the camera - thus this feature may not work properly.
How to set it up?
- if you use Chrome browser
Click on the padlock icon next to the URL, then click site settings.
Next, check if the browser gives permission to the camera and the motion sensors. These options should be checked as in the screen below:
- if you are using Firefox
Click the padlock icon next to the URL, then choose a connection secure , then click more information
Click on the permissions tab and then change the camera use from default to allow.
By now everything should be working great and you can enjoy faster work registration with QRcodes!
