Users in Prodio - who are they and how to enter them to the system?
Who are the Prodio users - what are their permissions? Find out in this article!
If you have employees in your company who you want to give access to the management part of Prodio - you can add them as users and then assign them the appropriate permissions.
We have prepared several types of accounts with limited privileges, click here to see what options you can choose from.
HOW TO SET IT?
Go to Settings, then click the Users tab:
Add a user by clicking the green button in the top right corner:
Then enter the name and surname of the new user, e-mail address and password, and in the Account type field, select the permissions you want to grant (a full description of the individual account types you can click on the green inscription "Current table of permissions"

How does the user log into Prodio?
Share with such a person the login link: subdomain.getprodio.com and the login details you have given above. This user will log into the management panel on the left side of the login screen.
Can I add my account types to the application?
The program does not have the option of adding original account types - we have to meet here halfway. If you have an idea for a new user - write to us! We'll see what we can do with it!
