Users and orders activities

This guide will teach you what activities are and how to use them.


Order activities can be found in two places.

1. The β€œActivity” tab is inside an order.

2. The activities icon is on the top bar of the application.


How does it work?

From the moment an order is created, through its planning and each edit, a history of the order is maintained. Just one value change is enough to make it visible.


Users can also leave comments to better communicate between departments and establish a standard course for a particular order.


Users can also respond directly to comments and hide their messages.


If you need to check what was changed, just click the button


In the activities icon, you can see the number of new messages that are waiting for you.


By accessing user activities, we have a view of changes and comments from all orders in one place.


For easier searching, we can filter data by specific types of activity, user, creation date, and product.


Then we can go directly to the order. Just click the icon

What does it give you?

With activities, your team can rely on something other than writing information on paper or using external communicators. All comments and actions are assigned to a specific order and available in one place, which you use daily.
