Transfers

In this article, you will learn how the “Transfers” tab works and what is found in there. Fasten your seatbelts because we're about to start! 🚀

#TIP - before we start, remember that this feature is only available if you have enabled multiple inventories. If you still need to do it, now is a good time. 😎

Let's start with where it all happens.

The "Transfers" tab is available for both materials and products. Simply click on the material or product you are interested in, and in the opened window, click on the "Transfers" tab. It's as simple as bread and butter. 🥪

How does it work?

Data is fetched from inventory transfers and assigned to specific materials or products. It's like a magic mirror that shows you what's happening with your products and materials.

In the condensed table, you will see information such as:

  • from which warehouse the transfer took place,
  • the quantity,
  • to which warehouse the product/material was transferred,
  • when the transfer was created,
  • who created the transfer,
  • and notes.

Everything you need to know in one place! 📋🔍

And what if I want to change something? No problem! You can edit each transfer. Click on the transfer you are interested in, and an editing window will open. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! ✏️🔄

But that's not all! This tab also gives you the ability to add a new transfer. Click the "Add Transfer" button and fill in the necessary information. It's like playing Tetris with materials and products instead of blocks. 🕹️🧩

Why is this important?

This tab gives you full control over the movement of materials and products between inventories. This way, you can make informed decisions and always know what's happening with your inventory. As they say, "Information is power"! 💪🧠

Let's get to work! 🚀 Remember, if you have any questions, we are here to help you. 😊
