The production schedule allows for easy tracking of task progress thanks to various statuses that indicate what is happening with a given manufacturin

The Done status means that work on the task has been completed – workers have produced the required quantity, and the task can disappear from the schedule to free up space.

When a task is in progress but has been interrupted, it is assigned the Stop status. This indicates that no one is currently working on it, but the task still needs to be completed.

When an employee working on a task takes a break, the status changes to Pause. During this time, the system records the break duration for both the worker and the specific manufacturing task. After the break, the employee can resume work, continuing the task.

The From status indicates that the task is currently being worked on, providing a clear picture of which tasks are underway at any given moment.

Tile colors further help with task management.

White tiles indicate that work can begin on a task or that the task is currently in progress.

Black tiles represent tasks waiting for the completion of the previous stage.

When a task marked with a white tile is completed, the next black tile turns white, signaling that it is ready to be worked on. ✅

Machines and operations also have their own color codes.

Orange indicates that a machine is currently in use.

Gray indicates that a machine is free.

Tasks that are delayed are marked with a red stripe on the side of the tile. This is a clear signal that the deadline has passed and the task requires immediate attention.

If a tile is completely white with no additional markings, it means the task is on schedule with no delays.

These visual cues and statuses allow for efficient production management, giving a clear overview of the situation at any moment. They ensure that you and your workers know exactly what is happening with each task. 😀
