Quickly check what's happening on the shop floor

"Recent Operations" Module
The "Recent Operations" module is an incredibly useful tool that allows you to quickly and conveniently check what’s happening on the shop floor. With just one glance, you can see all key information about current operations, breaks, and workers activities. 😊

✔️ All key information in one place – no need to search through multiple reports.
✔️ Quick access to details – who arrived at work, at what time, how many items were produced, and what tasks were performed.
✔️ Monitor work efficiency – gain insights into work times, breaks, and task completion.

In this view, you'll find detailed information such as:

  • Workers clock-ins and clock-outs – including the time and date of registration, as well as geolocation (if enabled). Clicking on this tile will take you to the editing view for clock-in/out records.

  • Start of pause – with the time and date it began, geolocation (if enabled), and the reason for the break. Clicking on this tile will take you to the editing view for the break record.

  • End of pause – including the time and date the break ended, geolocation (if enabled), and the reason for the break. Clicking on this tile will take you to the editing view for the break record.

  • Start of work on manufacturing task – showing the time and date the task began, order number, machine used, product worked on, and geolocation (if enabled). Clicking on this tile will take you to the editing view for this task in the work history.

  • End of work on manufacturing task – showing the time and date the task ended, order number, machine used, product worked on, geolocation (if enabled), as well as the number of items produced, time spent on the task, and any employee notes added. Clicking on this tile will take you to the editing view for this task in the work history.

The module can be filtered by various criteria to help you find specific data. To apply filters, click the "Filter" button in the top-right corner and choose what you want to see:

  • Operation type – for example, only task starts and stops.

  • Worker – view operations assigned to a specific person.

  • Only with note– display only operations where an employee left a note or added a reason for the break.

  • Without geolocation – find activities missing geolocation data.

👉 Examples of filter use:

  • Check what specific manufacturing tasks an employee worked on during the day.

  • Review an employee’s breaks and their total duration for the day.

  • Inspect the start and end times of a specific manufacturing task in a given operation.
