Received
Do you want to know how the "Received" tab works in inventory status? Well, this article is just for you!
To get there, click on the raw material/product and go to the "Received" tab. 📦
How does it work?
The "Received" tab shows information about warehouse receipts for a given raw material/product. It's like a condensed table. 📋
Here's what you'll find in it:
- The warehouse where the receipt took place,
- Name of the received product/raw material,
- The delivered/ordered quantity,
- The ordered quantity,
- The supplier/customer,
- Additional marking,
- The ID number of the receipt in Prodio,
- Receipt date,
- The price of the received raw material/product,
- Additional comments.
The “Received” tab allows you to edit the receipt by clicking on it.
You can change the following:
- The quantity of received raw materials/products,
- The ordered amount of raw materials/products,
- The location of the raw material/product,
- The price,
- Currency,
- VAT rate,
- Unit of raw material/product,
- Additional comments.
But that's not all! You can also add a new "Warehouse Receipt"! Just click the "Add" button above the table. 🆕
Then a window will open where you can enter data for a new warehouse receipt. Cool, right? 🎉
