Raw materials and automatic tips on raw materials consumption⚗️

As you know, we can settle in Prodio raw materials which are needed to produce the product :) We can add a new raw material by going into the tab in the left menu and assign it to a particular product (by clicking on the third tab when you open the production section)

By adding materials in this section, you can gather everything you need to produce your product. For example, name, unit, price, number of pieces, currency and how much material do you need to make this product. As the creator of a paper plane we have to add all the details eg paper, paint etc… Here you can also change the unit of the material you are using.

Importantly, the raw materials can also be assigned at the order stage :) Just enter the update button of our new order and slide the slider to the bottom of the screen. Then click on the third raw materials tab: 

After an order is planned, it appears on the production schedule and employees can start working on specific production tasks and machines. It is important to enter the amount of raw material used each time when completing work on a specific job (produciton task). In this case, if we need 4 machines / operations to produce the propeller, then after completing the work on each of these 4 operations, we enter the amount of raw material used.

It is worth mentioning here that Prodio can give us automatic tips on raw materials consumption:) This will happen when we define the number per product: 

To enable this option, just go to Settings, then Genera Settings and select "prompt the consumption of raw material"

Then the employee, finishing work on the production task, after entering the number of pieces, will see how much of a given raw material should be used for this product :) Of course, if he uses more or less of it, he can enter a different value here.

Settlement of all costs is visible in orders, after clicking the magnifying glass (order details)
