Order Progress
In this guide, you will learn how to check the details of order progress with a single click.
You can open the "Progress" tab by clicking on a specific order under the "Orders" tab.
The "Progress" tab gathers in one place all the most important information about the order, such as:
- Number of completed tasks,
- Number of done products,
- Number of released products,
- Work time compared to the planned time,
- Summary of raw material usage and costs,
- Summary of the time and costs of the entire order.
Here you can see how many manufacturing tasks from the entire order are already completed.
Below, you will find more detailed information regarding the tasks - additionally, by clicking on a row with a task, you can proceed to its editing and details.
Here you can see how many products have already gone through the entire process and are ready to be handed over to the customer. (At this point, products marked by an employee as a finished product or in the technology as "End machine" are counted.)
Here you can see how many finished products have been released from the inventory. This value updates when adding inventory release from the order level or directly from the inventory
Here you can see how much time the workers have already spent on a given order and compare it to the standard time set in the technology. If the time is within the norm, the progress bar is green; however, if the working time exceeds the standard time, the bar will turn red.
.
Below is a summary of the raw materials - you have a complete list of materials that were or are needed to fulfill the order. You can see the current consumption and compare it to the planned amount for the order.
You can also view the current cost of the raw materials and see how it compares to the planned cost. Additionally, the software allows you to view the average price of each material over the past year and compare the cost to the average purchase price.
By clicking on the consumed amount, you can see which employee used the material and when. In case of an error, you can edit the entered consumption.
At the bottom of the page, you will see a summary of the entire order - the system will aggregate both the time and costs for you.
- Work time - the total time worked on production orders.
- Labor cost - the total time worked on orders multiplied by the cost per working hour (RBH). You can set this in the Machines/Operations tab.
- Machine setup - the total time worked on setting up the machines, i.e., orders marked as "setup operation" in the technology.
- Machine setup cost - the total time spent setting up machines multiplied by the cost per working hour (RBH). You can set this in the Machines/Operations tab.
- Time and cost of labor and machine setup - the sum of both labor and setup operation times and costs.
- Time for a finished product - this is the total time (working time + machine setup) divided by the number of finished products (those that have already come off the last machine and are ready for release).
- Raw material cost - the sum of all used raw materials multiplied by their price (set in the warehouse, in raw material details).
- Total order cost - this figure shows how much it cost you to complete this order (it's the sum of labor costs, machine setup costs, and raw material costs).
- Total cost for a finished product - this figure shows how much it cost you to produce one unit of the product.
