Module: Orders
The "Orders" module helps you stay on top of all your orders.
The "Orders" module allows you to keep track of all your orders. Here, you’ll see upcoming orders with approaching deadlines and those that are already overdue!
This module displays orders with deadlines less than 7 days away:
Upcoming orders – Orders with deadlines 4-7 days away will be marked in yellow, and those with deadlines 1-3 days away will be marked in orange.
Overdue orders – Orders that have missed their deadlines will have their dates marked in red.
All orders are presented as tiles containing essential details, such as:
Order number.
Deadline (color-coded: yellow/orange for approaching deadlines, red for overdue).
Number of completed items vs. the total order quantity.
Product name associated with the order.
Clicking on any tile will take you to the order's details, where you can make changes, view its work history, and more.
We’ve also prepared two pre-set tabs to help you quickly view upcoming or overdue orders. Additionally, the header will display the total count of these orders.
Advanced Filtering Options
The module offers advanced filtering options to make managing orders more efficient:
By client – Display orders for a specific customer.
By product – Analyze orders for a particular product.
By suggested date – For example, view all orders that should have been completed last week or last month.
Sorting options allow you to arrange orders by date in ascending or descending order.
From the "Orders" module, you can also easily add new orders. Simply click the "+" button, and you’ll be redirected to a new form where you can input client details, product information, deadlines, and additional notes.
