Module: Machine/Operation Occupancy

The Machine/Operation Occupancy module is a tool that displays the workload of machines and operations in your company. With intuitive progress bars and detailed descriptions, you can easily analyze resource utilization and identify which tasks are in progress and which have been completed. This module helps optimize production management and prevent downtime. 💡

What Can You Find in This Module?

The module breaks down the workload per machine or operation. Each machine/operation includes:

✅ Load bars – Indicating the time taken by different tasks:

• All Orders (Gray Bar) – Includes both active and pending tasks.

• Open Manufacturing Tasks (Orange Bar) – Displays manufacturing tasks on which someone has already started working.

• Manufacturing Tasks Not Yet Started (Black Bar) – Shows manufacturing tasks on which no one has started working.

✅ Processing Time – Displays precise numerical values for each bar, expressed in hours, minutes, and seconds.
✅ Order Count – Each bar also indicates the number of orders assigned to the respective category (e.g., "(3)" means three orders).

📊 How to Read Data in This Module?

Hovering over the load bars provides additional details, including:

• All – Displays the total workload time for both open and completed tasks.
  

• Open 🟧 – Shows the current workload of active tasks and their count.
  

• Without Open ⬛ – Displays the expected workload time for tasks that have not yet started and their count.
  

🔍 Filtering and Sorting Data

The module offers various filtering and sorting options for more precise analysis:

• Filters – Allows filtering data by shop floor views.

• Sorting – Sort machines/operations from highest to lowest workload (or vice versa).
  

📅 Task Planning Feature

The module allows dynamic scheduling of operations, which is crucial for optimizing the production schedule.

📌 The blue clock icon next to the operation name provides quick access to order details for that machine/operation. From there, you can rearrange orders, prioritizing the most important ones.
