Manual for an employee - How should I use Prodio?🙈🙉🙊

♦️ First, register your check-in 👍

♦️ After clicking on the green button, you need to select yourself from the list of employees and enter your pin code underneath.

* If you use the RFID function - here you just need to put your key ring to the reader until you hear a characteristic sound.

♦️ You are now logged in to work. The next step is to register work on a production task. You can see the production plan on production view.. All you have to do is click on the given production taskr on which you want to start your work and do exactly the same as above :) So choose yourself from the list of employees and enter your pin code

*If you use the RFID function - at this point, just click on the production task and put your key-fob to the reader until you hear a characteristic sound. In this way, the program will register your start on the job

♦️ If you want to go out for a cigarette🚬, eat 🍽, or register production-related activities such as cleaning 🧹 or other ⚙, just click Pause.

You are probably wondering what will happen with your production task(s). Well, ❗ when you click the pause, Prodio automatically stops working on the production tasks you have previously worked on. When you come back, work on production tasks will resume automatically as well 🥳 - You don't need to click anything ❗

and boredom again 🥱🥱🥱- we choose ourselves from the list and enter the pin code

* If you use the RFID function - here you just need to put your key ring to the reader until you hear a characteristic sound.

Now we provide the reason for our break 😊

Are you back from a break? Just click Pause on the production plan again, choose yourself from the list and press STOP. Isn't it easy? 🤓

♦️ When you want to finish work on production tasks, click on the order we have been working on - we can click on our name under a given machine and the program will take us to our production task:

Then choose yourself from the list and enter the number of pieces made and your PIN code.

*If you use the RFID function - at this point, just click on the production order and put your key ring against the reader until you hear a characteristic sound 🔊. In this way, the program will register when you are selected as an employee who worked on a contract. Now you only enter the number of pieces and the stop :)

♦️Are you done with your work and are you leaving? Time for a freak! Just log out of work 🤓 😛 Click the red exit button and do the same again 🥱 choose yourself from the list and enter your PIN code

* If you use the RFID function - here you just need to put your key ring to the reader until you hear a characteristic sound.
