I can’t delete the production task or order. Why?🙄

Every action that is taken in production is recorded in the work history. Therefore, when we try to delete an order or production task on somebody else, we get an error. The program then makes sure that the data is integrated.

Summing up, we can permanently delete orders in two cases: when they have the status of new or planned (but no one has started working on individual orders yet).

However, if we want to get rid of unnecessary orders or orders from the list, we can do it very quickly.

 We have the option of closing the order or canceling it.

For both options, orders will disappear from the list - the cancellation option is used more often when, for example, the customer has resigned.

In case of orders, it looks like this:

♦️ We select the orders that we want them to disappear from the list 

♦️ Then click Selected and close or cancel 

♦️ Then click Selected and Close or Cancel. First option is closing Order with production tasks. Second option closes Order without Production Tasks. The last option says Close this window and do not to anything.

♦️ We check if the "Display canceled and finished" option is turned off 

In case of production tasks, it looks like this:

♦️ We enter Production tasks from the Menu tab 

♦️ We select the production tasks, that we want them to disappear from the list 

♦️ Then click Selected and deactivate

♦️ We check if the "Check to display inactive production tasks" option is turned off

Thanks to this, both lists will be clearer and will contain the data we currently need. If you want to view archived orders or orders, just enable the option "View canceled and completed" or "Select to view inactive production orders".
