How does assigning employees to manufacturing tasks work?
In Prodio, you can assign employees to specific tasks so that everyone knows what to do!
WHY DO I WANT TO SET THIS / USE THIS?
Assigning employees allows for better organization of work in your production and easier for your employee to find himself in the maze of planned manufacturing tasks.
The employee can easily find the orders assigned to him by using Filters on the Production Panel or scanning the barcode or RFID code directly in the Production Panel view (without having to open the Filters window).
You can search for all orders of a given employee on the manager panel in exactly the same way.
So if you have a problem with constant questions "What should I do?", the function of assigning employees to orders will allow you to organize work in the hall well and keep order!
HOW TO SET IT?
You can assign one or many employees to a single production order. Depending on your needs, you can do this in several ways:
during order planning
The advantage of this solution is that in complex orders consisting of many production stages, we can assign an employee to each order separately.
Thanks to this, you do not have to find each manufacturing task individually and assign it to an employee after scheduling the order - we save time!
by task's card -> Edit Tab
If we don’t know who to assign the task to, or the assigned employee hasn’t come to work on a given day, we can edit the given manufacturing task by the task's card -> edit tab
click on the task on the production schedule
In the lower left corner of the task you will find a plus symbol. By pressing this button, we can assign employees, but we cannot delete them from this level of program operation.
