In this article, you will learn how to use the grouped view and appreciate its potential utility.

The grouped view can be accessed from the orders section under the list view. Just click on the button, and you'll be redirected to it.

How does it work?

The grouped view gathers and combines individual orders based on their external order number. This offers a comprehensive look at the quantity of completed orders and products for a single customer who might have ordered several products simultaneously.

This table mirrors the item view table with slight modifications to cater to order grouping. Thus, functionalities remain consistent.

Expanding the list view gives you a direct insight into specific individual orders and their execution status. No more toggling between views – everything is available in one place.

Upon accessing the grouped order preview, you'll be presented with all crucial data related to the grouped orders.

In this table, all individual orders are listed. And, if you wish, you can seamlessly navigate to any of them by clicking on the respective order's position in the table.

But there's more. You can also navigate to the β€œEdit” tab, where modifications can be made for all orders linked with that external order number.

The next tab previews all raw materials required for the grouped order. No more having to monitor raw material amounts for individual orders. With order grouping, you get a clear picture of the required raw materials, their costs, utilized quantity, and inventory status.

From here, you can also carry out various operations like acceptances, issuances, orders, transfers, and verification of raw material consumption. Select your desired action from the three dots in the action field.

In subsequent tabs, akin to individual orders, you can verify work history and issue or receive products. However, you no longer need to check histories or dispatch products to clients individually, thanks to order grouping. Access to all data from grouped orders is at your fingertips, allowing you to perform all these tasks in one go.

What's the benefit?

Thanks to the grouped order view, everything is consolidated in one place. It provides functionalities from the item view while grouping orders by their external order number. There's no more need to jump between multiple tabs thanks to the easy navigation, which allows multiple operations from a single location.

Explore the grouped view for yourself and discover its immense utility.
