Displaying photos or files individually on one task from technology

Do you want your workers to be aware of files and photos only on specific orders? We'll show you how to do it quickly! It’s pretty much child’s play!

WHAT IS THIS?

In Prodio, you have the option of adding photos and files to products or orders.

Each of the attachments that you add to the system will be visible on all tasks assigned to the order. If you want a photo or file to be displayed only on one of the production tasks, use this functionality!

HOW TO SET IT?

Go to Products on the left side. For a new product, click in the upper right corner Add a product, for an existing one, click on the editing (pencil option) on the right, and then click on the production technology tab. Then a window with technology for that product will appear. All you have to do now is click the Add files button at the end of the machine / operation line.

#Good practice

# 1 If you want to upload several files or photos at once, it's best to create one folder and put all the materials you need into it. After clicking on add files with technology, simply select these items while holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard.

# 2 The visibility of the added elements will be displayed only from newly created orders.

Such files or photos will be visible by the worker in the order details (after clicking on a given order tile on the production schedule)

Attachments to the product technology can be 8MB, maximum 5 photos :-)
