Cooperators as machines / operations in technology
If you need to include additional processes / cooperations, you can add them in Prodio very easily
WHY DO I WANT TO SET THIS / USE THIS?
Sometimes outsourced operations are an important element of technology and the employee in the operation should know whether the goods came from, for example, external engine assembly
HOW TO SET IT?
Go to Settings on the left side, then Machines and create a machine with the name of the process you commission, eg Engine assembly. Ideally, it would be placed on another shop floor view called Cooperation
Now you add this stage to the product’s technology. So we click on Products on the left, then edit the product and add the process:
From now, the warehouseman, handing over the goods to the co-operator, will click the start on the machine called "Engine assembly", and after the goods arrive, he marks the operation as completed, and the employees in the hall see that they can take further steps.

You can tag an external operation or its type when planning, which will allow employees to recognize such tasks from a distance:
