How Do Clock-in/out Icons Work?

1. Clocking In
   When an employee starts their workday, they click on the Clock-In icon. They can register their attendance in several ways:

• By tapping an RFID key fob on a reader,

• Entering their PIN,

• Scanning a barcode or QR code.
  This registration indicates that the employee is on-site and ready to begin their tasks.

2. Pause
   If worker wants to take a break – whether or not they are currently working on a task – they click on the Pause icon. The system will prompt them to select a reason for the break from available options or enter their own. The break is logged in the system, enabling precise tracking of inactive time. ⏸️

3. Clocking Out
   When an employee finishes their workday, they click on the Clock-Out icon. Similar to Clock-In and Pause, they log their departure using an RFID key fob, PIN, barcode, or QR code. This records the exact time they finished their work. ⌚

• Clock-In Time – The exact time the workday started.

• Production Task Logs – When the employee started and finished working on a specific task, how many units were completed, and which task they worked on.

• Breaks – Details on the start and end time of breaks and their reasons.

• Clock-Out Time – The exact time the workday ended.
