Blocking Workers from Starting a Task Until They Clock In

Workers often forget to clock in when entering the workplace, only realizing it when they try to clock out and find that their name is missing from the exit list. To prevent such situations, we have introduced a setting that requires workers to log into work before starting a task.

HOW TO SET IT UP?

This function can be enabled in two ways, both working in exactly the same manner.

  1. First method:

    • Go to the Production Schedule and click Adjust in the top-right corner.

    • In the Registration of Work section, find the option Disallow workers to start any manufacturing tasks before they clock in and enable it.

 Second method:

  • Open Settings from the left menu.

  • Go to General SettingsProduction Schedule.

  • Enable the option: Disallow workers to start any manufacturing tasks before they clock in.

In both cases, the system will remind the employee to clock in when they attempt to start working on a task.
