B2B Access - How to Use It and Its Benefits
In this article, you'll learn how to grant clients access to the panel in Prodio and what they can find within.
#TIP - By default, B2B access is turned off. If you want to enable it, please contact us.
Where can I find it?
The activation of B2B access is located within each client's profile under the βB2B Accessβ tab.
How does it work?
From the B2B Access tab, you can decide whether a specific client should have access to the B2B panel. Switches allow you to make these changes conveniently.
Here, you'll assign the default language the client will see upon logging into the panel, their email, and their password.
#TIP - for a password to be accepted, it must meet the following criteria:
Have a minimum of 8 characters
Contain one uppercase letter
Contain one lowercase letter
Include one special character
The client's access will be activated after making all the changes and hitting the button .
To log into the B2B panel, go to the link provided during client login data input, i.e., https://yourdomain.getprodio.com/site/b2b, or on the login screen, select the option to log in for business customers.
The client will then be prompted to enter the assigned email and password.
Upon logging in, the first thing clients will see is their orders.
Beyond order viewing, the client can also place a new order. By clicking on the button , they'll see a form with fields to fill out.
In addition to orders, clients can also view the products they're associated with. This can be accessed by clicking on the products tab in the top left corner of the screen or from the slide-out menu on the left.
From this view, clients only have read access to products; they cannot add new ones or edit current listings.
What does it offer you?
By providing your clients with B2B panel access, you're freeing yourself from constantly answering emails and calls about the status of their orders. This saves you valuable time that you can use to enhance production or take a well-deserved break π.
High five πββοΈ - team Prodio!
